"Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted f God." ~ 2 Corinthians 1: 3-4
What some may consider as a bad experience in life is actually a blessing because it is during that trial, God brings comfort to us through His Word, by His Holy Spirit, and through other fellow believers. The comfort [Blessing] that He gives to us is not for any of us to hold on to and be comfortable with it all by ourselves. It is meant for us to share it, this according to the word of God. Remember then the next time you come through a trial that you are comforted by God so that you might then be a COMFORTER to your family, friends, co-workers, associates or even a stranger along the way. You yourself should never despair in life of what it often throw at us as individuals. Just remember in the midst of your trouble, God is not your last resort, but He is your only resort and the only source of help. We must also seek to pray for it is by this means also that we are made wiser and stronger in Him to go out and face each and every day.
Continue to be encouraged. God is on your side. He is like a bridge over troubled waters that when the storms rage and the seas gets rough, He will lift you up and walk you over to the other side of your Jordan. He is the Lily of the valley that when your valley experiences are dark, He will bring you joy and good cheer. He the Rose of Sharon and the Bright and morning Star that will guide you to the expected end. He is the Lion of the Tribe of Judah and when He sounds His voice on your behalf, your adversary will flee and you become free. What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? Let us keep all these things in mind today and encourage someone today!
